Easy Returns & Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or return a product, please refer to our Returns & Cancellation Policy for details. This policy applies in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Refunds

Online Payments (PayPal or App):
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned product, back to the original payment method. You’ll see the funds in your account within 2-3 additional business days. -
Cash on Delivery:
After receiving the product and your bank details via email, we’ll initiate a bank transfer within 24-48 business hours. Expect the funds in your account within 2-3 additional business days.
Replacements
Made a mistake or received the wrong item? We’ll replace it! However, replacements are only available if:
- The product is unworn and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
- You received the wrong product or an expired item.
Products delivered are not eligible for returns, but damaged products will be replaced.

Proof of Unboxing Required for Replacements
To ensure a smooth replacement process, please share a video of yourself unpacking the product. We’ll use this video to determine eligibility for a replacement.

What Can’t Be Returned?
Here are some situations where returns won’t be accepted:
- Product damage due to misuse or overuse.
- Returned product is missing original packaging, price tags, labels, or original packing.
- Serial number is tampered with.
- Defective products not covered by the seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
Important Note: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
